The Moment You Found Me
Let me guess. You were scrolling and then you saw my ad or a post and thought to yourself, “She’s reading my mind!!”
How, you ask? Because I was once you. A stressed out, with-a-newborn-on-my-chest, first-time mom, desperately trying to figure out breastfeeding.
I’ve seen it in my friend circles, in the lines of grocery stores IRL, and inside online communities.
The Wild Ride of Becoming a First-Time Mom
Becoming a first-time mom is a wild ride. No one prepared us for pregnancy, birth, or postpartum. It’s something that felt like it just happened to us, and then we either:
(a) learned everything from our family or close circle,
(b) were advised by a doctor or midwife during prenatal visits,
(c) searched and found it on the internet (lol),
(d) through trial and error, or
(e) a bit of all of the above
And in those short 9–10 months, we’ve heard everything about how things are and how they’re supposed to be.
We made shopping lists, planned and executed baby showers, and maybe even dabbled in one or two courses on baby stuff.
But that one thing that was really skipped… yeah, that one thing – is breastfeeding.

oh shit
What No One Told Me About Breastfeeding
When I was pregnant, I was given samples of formula at the doctor’s office and advised by a family member to get a pump from my insurance. That’s it! from the outside world.
Of course, I didn’t stop there. As the wellness junkie, a nerd for all things alternative, holistic, natural, even spiritual 🤤, I searched for breastfeeding support and found a course.
It was advertised as “natural,” promised avoidance of common breastfeeding pains. I didn’t even know there were breastfeeding problems before then, but what I learned sounded legit. So I enrolled.
I thought I was prepared for breastfeeding. But once I got there? Oh girl, things were very, very different.
The Overwhelm No One Warned Us About
So many voices, so much advice at the hospital. Constant tracking, checking, worry. And what I learned from the course only reinforced this state of overwhelm and doubt.
I lived through stressful days, bleeding nipples, sleepless nights for 10 long days.
Until I got this advice from a mentor that changed everything!
The Turning Point: What Changed My Journey
I implemented what she taught me and my breastfeeding journey has been smooth ever since. I’m entering my fourth year breastfeeding my first son!! YAY.
I’m now teaching everything I’ve learned and embodied on my journey + taught to countless other women in my 5-week MILK MAMA course.

Outside of a breastfeeding aversion during pregnancy and tandem nursing — which I resolved, by the way!! (A story for another course. YES, breastfeeding aversion is fixable).
My breastfeeding journey has been an incredible, soul-fulfilling, motherhood-enhancing, mind-blowing, watch-my-child-thrive-in-all-the-ways, fuck-yeah experience!
Why I Created the MILK MAMA Course
And ever since I figured it out, and also watched hundreds (if not more) women struggle with breastfeeding, I’ve dreamed of sharing this identity, embodiment, and ease with every pregnant, breastfeeding, and soon-to-be mama everywhere.
I’m obsessed with this work and the transformation I see women have from what I teach — and most importantly, their own shifts, realizations, and amazing breastfeeding relationships with their babies and toddlers.
The Deeper Meaning Behind Natural Breastfeeding
From my own experience, I will say that breastfeeding the natural way, with a clear mindset and understanding of our bodies and babies, is a true gift for every mama and her children.
The benefits are not just physical but emotional, mental, developmental, and spiritual.
And I want this for you.
Imagine This…
Imagine waking up and snuggling with your baby.
You just spent a whole night sleeping peacefully while your baby was eating the whole night (without much of your conscious effort or support).
You’re living your life while nursing your baby, and it feels like the most natural extension of everything that you’re already doing.
No worry, no calculations, no bottles.
The baby is close to you, nourished by you, while you’re fully nourished yourself.
You feel alive and strong in your body, sharp in your mind, and hella proud of yourself and your baby.
Your relationship and connection with each other are strong and growing every day.
Breastfeeding is a delightful part of your life!
